Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers about our clinical AI assistant, encryption mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.

Eldovian Simplify is an AI-powered clinical assistant that records and transcribes doctor-patient consultations in real-time. It automatically structures these conversations into professional medical SOAP notes, clinical summaries, and prescriptions in seconds, allowing you to focus on the patient instead of writing.
Our real-time transcription utilizes specialized clinical language models trained on medical terminology. Security is our absolute priority: all audio recordings are processed completely in memory (RAM) and deleted instantly once generated. Audio files are never written to physical disk storage, and never saved on our servers. Personally identifiable data is never used to train models; anonymized usage is limited strictly to product improvement.
Yes, fully. The platform is designed from the ground up for compliance. We sign bilateral Business Associate Agreements (BAA / DPA) with all medical practices. All patient data is localized in our Supabase database in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, ensuring full compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 data localization mandates.
To secure Protected Health Information (PHI), we implement a dual-layer approach: standard AWS AES-256 volume-level encryption at the database layer, and Zero-Knowledge Application-Level Encryption (ALE) using AES-256-GCM. Notes are encrypted in memory on our application servers before storage, rendering them completely unreadable without appropriate clinic authorization keys.
You can copy generated notes or export them with a single click. We are also building sandbox integrations for India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) milestones: M1 (Patient Discovery), M2 (Health Records Upload/Linking), and M3 (Digital Consent Gateways) to link notes directly to ABHA IDs.
Yes. Clinic administrators can invite other practitioners, assistants, and staff via secure, tokenized invitation links through the dashboard's Team page. Roles and permissions can be adjusted to restrict access as needed.
Yes! We offer a Free Trial (BETA) plan that includes 10 free patient sessions and support for up to 10 team members so you can experience how much time Eldovian Simplify saves in your daily clinical workflow before choosing to upgrade to our premium plans.
This happens when your browser restricts microphone access. In Google Chrome, Safari, or Edge, click the video/microphone icon in your URL address bar, and set permissions for this site to 'Allow'. Make sure no other application (like Zoom, Teams, or Meet) is actively using and locking your microphone input.
Simplify handles mixed languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, etc.) spoken alongside English. If the AI misses a specific local brand name, you can click on the text areas in Review Mode to manually edit and correct the generated note before clicking 'Finalize & Sign'. Your edits help improve future model accuracy.
Audio processing is done in real-time in the cloud. If you disconnect, try not to refresh. If a refresh happens, the current draft is lost because audio streams are processed in volatile memory (RAM) and not saved to disk for security reasons. Always ensure a stable internet connection before starting.
During this beta phase, both the Free Trial and Clinic Plan are capped at a maximum of 10 team members per clinic in the database for resource optimization. If your group practice requires more slots, please contact us at support@eldovian.com to request a capacity increase.
